On March 25, Mitsutaka Takeda-Vice President of the Japan DIY Industry Association, Chairman of the Japan DIY Home Improvement Show Organizing Committee, and Chairman of Acrysunday Co., Ltd.-led a delegation of Japanese business representatives to visit Hangzhou Tonny Electric for a tour and exchange. The delegation was received by Robert, general manager of Hangzhou Tonny Electric, and Yang Zaizhong, the company's factory director.
Robert welcomed the delegation's visit and briefly outlined the company's development. He noted that Hangzhou Tonny Electric Appliances offers a diverse range of products capable of effectively meeting varied market demands, and expressed keen interest in the "Tokyo DIY Hardware Show," held at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba as part of the Tokyo DIY International Hardware Exhibition.
Robert noted that the products the company showcased at the 2025 Tokyo DIY & Hardware Exhibition-primarily Marine Chargers, Inverters, Fans, and Outdoor Gear-garnered high praise from Japanese colleagues, and several long-standing clients also attended as planned. He expressed the company's profound confidence in the prospects for Sino-Japanese trade and extended a warm invitation to more Japanese enterprises to visit and explore opportunities for collaboration, working together to achieve a higher level of development.
Mitsutaka Takeda reviewed the developmental history of the Tokyo DIY & Hardware Show and the state of its cooperation with China. He expressed his gratitude to Hangzhou Tonny Electric for its long-standing support of the Association, as well as for maintaining stable cooperative ties with Japanese-funded enterprises. He expressed his hope to further leverage the international cooperation strengths of the CCPIT, deepen bilateral economic and trade exchanges, promote mutually beneficial cooperation, continuously foster friendly relations, and jointly contribute to China-Japan friendship.
During the meeting, both parties highlighted products resulting from the long-standing collaboration between Hangzhou Tonny Electric and Japanese enterprises-including electric fans, tool kits, and marine battery chargers. Mr. Takahiro Nogi-Vice Chairman of the Overseas Exhibition Committee of the Japan DIY Industry Association, as well as Chairman and President of Newrayton Co., Ltd.-offered high praise for Hangzhou Tonny Electric's products in his capacity as a long-term partner in the fan sector. He commended the company for consistently delivering shipments that meet both quality and quantity standards, as well as for its professional product design-a testament to the full recognition of the company's capabilities.
The delegation also visited the company's product showroom, where they expressed keen interest in products such as marine chargers, outdoor gear, and garden tools.
Following the meeting, both parties exchanged gifts, expressing their shared aspiration for the continued development of friendly relations between China and Japan, as well as for harmonious and stable economic and trade exchanges.
